PURPOSE:To facilitate a convergence in a non-linear Newton repetition method by sequentially assigning the state of a transistor switch and dividing a source voltage. CONSTITUTION:A conductance table forming processing part 3 describes a conductance galpha at the time of disconnecting, a conductance ggamma at the time of saturating and a conductance gbeta at the time of impressing the 1/2 voltage of the source voltage in a conductance table for respective type of a transistor correspondingly to an applied circuit constitution. Based on the applied circuit constitution, a circuit constitution discrimination processing part 5 discriminates a parallel circuit part or a serial circuit part. Then, a processing through a Newton repetition processing part 1 causes an initial value enough to be easily converged to be applied to an initialization processing part 6. Thus, the convergence can be easily attained.
