PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of program development by using tools to execute object programming processes in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Preliminarily grouped second tools TL2 receive the start command from a controller CNT and execute processings in parallel to generate an object program from source modules in charge of these tools TL2. When all processings executed by tools TL2 are normally terminated, the controller CNT instructs a first tool TL1 to execute the processing. Thus, the tool TL2 generates a load module from the generated object program to terminate the processing. If processings executed by tools TL2 are not normally terminated, the processing by the tool TL1 is not performed to terminate the processing. Consequently, tools TL2 execute processings in parallel independently of the presence/absence of the other program errors, and the development efficiency is improved.
