PURPOSE:To store a video and its related audio by providing a video digital processing system and an audio digital processing system and storing the audio by a prescribed time only in matching with the storage timing of the video. CONSTITUTION:A video signal is extracted from a video signal line of a video amplifier circuit 8 and its signal is stored in a picture memory 14 as a still picture by one frame only via a changeover switch 12 for an internal video signal and an external video signal, and in reading out it, the signal is inputted to a video signal line of the circuit 8. Then an audio signal is extracted from the audio signal line of the audio amplifier circuit 5 and stored in the audio memory 18 via a changeover switch 16 for an internal audio signal and an external audio signal and after it is read out, the signal is inputted to an audio signal line of the circuit 5. In storing a picture at a point of time, a control circuit 20 stores the video image at the point of time in the memory 14 and the audio signal is store in the memory 18 by a prescribed time from that point of time.
