PURPOSE:To reduce the distortion while eliminating cavity resonance by folding the outer circumference of the diaphragm in a direction of the core member over the entire circumference and adhering a 1st surface member, the core member and a 2nd surface member whose outer circumferential edge is formed horizontally so as to form the closing state. CONSTITUTION:The 1st surface member whose outer circumferential part is folded in the direction of the core over the entire circumference and the flat part of which is formed in a ring horizontally at the outer circumferential edge, and the 2nd surface member 8 whose entire face is flat clip the core member 6 horizontally. Moreover, the outer circumferential horizontal end face of the 1st surface member 7 and the outer circumferential part of the 2nd surface member 8 clip the outer circumferential horizontal flat face of the core member 6 to fix it. Thus, the cavity of the core member 6 is provided isolately without being linked to external air at the outer circumferential part of the diaphragm 1. Thus, the distortion due to the production of resonance of the cavity is eliminated.
