PURPOSE:To correctly stop a receiving polarization surface at an optimum position even when the receiving polarization surface of an antenna due to the leakage of a peak hold circuit by providing a control circuit for outputting a gate signal to a coincidence detection circuit during a second polarization surface sweep period. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the second polarization surface sweep, latch data is compared with data obtained by A/D converting an input signal according to the receiving polarization surface of the antenna by the coincidence detection circuit 6, at the time of the coincidence, the sweep of a sweep voltage generating circuit 4 is stopped to fix the receiving polarization surface of the antenna. Thereby, even when the receiving polarization surface is not stopped at the optimum position due to the leakage of the peak hold circuit 1, the output signal of the peak hold circuit 1 is made the timing detection signal of the latch and the input signal according to the receiving polarization surface of the antenna is digitally processed, thereby, the receiving polarization surface can be stopped at the optimum position.
