PURPOSE:To make a gain to the respective temperature of a transmitter constant in the range of the quantizing error of an analog digital converter and the resolution of digital analog converter by providing the analog/digital converter, a read only memory and the digital/analog converter. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detector 51 outputs a constant voltage value to an ambient temperature and a microcomputer 57 reads this voltage value as a digital value through the analog/digital converter 54. Based on this value, the microcomputer 57 reads control data from the read only memory 55 to transfer to the digital/analog converter 56 and the digital/analog converter 56 drives a variable gain amplifier 50. Such an operation is carried out and temperature characteristic correction data to the output values of the temperature detector 51 in the respective temperature is stored in the read only memory 55. Thereby, the transmitter with a high accuracy in the stability in the gain to the temperature can be constituted.
