PURPOSE:To increase a gatherable X-ray output by forming from a doped molybdenum material so that a spicified quantity of a dope material K2O and a dope material SiO2 to be left after a sinter. CONSTITUTION:Each aqueous solution of KCl and SiO2 is added and mixed so that a finally existing quantity is 0.01-0.10 % as K2O and 0.02-0.30 weight % as SiO2 to an intermediate oxide powder of molybdenum. After that, a doped molybdenum powder is obtained with the intermediate oxide powder heated and reduced in a hydrogen furnace after a water content is eliminated by drying. Then a sintered body is obtained with the powder heated in the hydrogen furnace after the powder is formed into pellets. A gatherable X-ray output can be increased within a scope of a soft X-ray by forming from such sintered body.
