PURPOSE:To vibrate at a vibration level of a vibration frequency component caused by waving of an inner ring of a bearing, by providing a run-off clearance part on a part of a fitting part of a spindle for forming an fastened fitting part with a bearing. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a magnetic disk 14, a spindle rotating mechanism for supporting and rotating the magnetic disk 14, bearings 8, 9 placed in the end part of a spindle shaft 7 of this spindle rotating mechanism, housing bases 2, 3 for holding and fixing these bearings 8, 9, and an information recording/reproducing magnetic head 19. In this case, this device is structured so that a run-off clearance part is provided on the center part of a fitting part to inner rings of the bearings 8, 9 of the spindle shaft 7. Accordingly, a transfer phenomenon onto the bearing inner ring track surface, while follows up an elastic deformation of the bearing inner ring caused by a variance of a fitting tolerance of the inside diameter of the bearings 8, 9 and the outside diameter of the spindle shaft 7, and the out-of-roundness is eliminated, and a vibration level of a vibration frequency component caused by waving of the bearing inner ring can be reduced.
