PURPOSE:To attach a scraper without deflecting neither waving by attaching the scraper to the sleeve of a magnet roller to prevent this attachment from being affected by the wall side of a developing tank. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a magnet roller 11, a turning magnet is incorporated in a thin cylindrical non-turning sleeve. A scraper 12 has a scraper plate 14 stuck to a block 13, and the block 13 is attached to the magnet roll 11 by adhesion with an adhesive or a both-face adhesive tape. The block 13 is inclined to the connection direction indicated by a broken line and is attached to the magnet roller 11, and the scraper 12 is attached with the scraper plate 14 bent. This attachment of the scraper plate 14 is not affected by various kinds of error of the side wall of the device. Consequently, the scraper is accurately and easily attached without deflecting neither waving. Even if a defect of attachment occurs, it is found in the stage of single parts.
