PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction caused by entanglement of bubbles by connecting alternately a superposing direction gap of the first half part end part in the bubble advance direction, and a superposing direction gap of the latter half part by a soft magnetic thin film, and connecting them magnetically with respect to fundamental patterns of the soft magnetic thin film placed in a line. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces each of fundamental patterns 10 of a soft magnetic thin film using 'Permalloy(R)', etc., on which a chevron pattern, etc. placed in a line are superposed in a multistage are formed as one pair, a superposing direction gap of the latter half part in its bubble advance direction is embedded by the soft magnetic thin film 11 of 'Permalloy(R)', etc. so as to become asymmetrical, and also, the first half part end parts of each asymmetrical pattern 12 are connected by a soft magnetic thin film 13 of 'Permalloy(R)', etc. of a bar pattern or its similar shape, and the patterns are continued magnetically. In such a way, a repulsive magnetic pole is formed in the pattern latter half part, and also, an attraction magnetic pole of the pattern head part is weakened, therefore, malfunction caused by entanglement of bubbles can be prevented.
