PURPOSE:To obtain uniform and excellent regular rotation and to reproduce a print image of high quality by specifying the weight relation between a cylindrical recording member and inertia members arranged at both end parts of the recording member. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical recording member 1 and inertia members 20 which are arranged at both end parts of the recording member are provided and then the relation between the recording member 1 and inertia members 20 is so set that B/A>2, where A is the weight of the recording member 1 and B is the weight of the inertia members 20. Consequently, when the recording drum 1 is driven to rotate, the weight of the inertia members 20 is >=2 times the weight of the recording member, so large inertial force and frictional force operate to allow the recording member 1 to rotate smoothly, uniformly, and regularly. |
