PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time required for control, by providing an input order output memory between a microprocessor and a time divisional transmission path. CONSTITUTION:The microprocessor 101 sends a bit of control in formation, an address, and a data to a device 200 to be controlled via a microprocessor peripheral circuit 102. The bit of control information is sent to a write control circuit 111, and the address and the data to a data selection circuit 112, respectively. The write control circuit 111 generates an input order output memory write pulse, and outputs the bit of control information to the input order output memory 113. The data selection circuit 112 discriminates classification from the bit of control information, and sends information separating the bit of information in which the classification and an address content are merged from a bit of data information, and writes them on the input order output memory 114. A time divisional transmission path control circuit 114 reads the information of the memory 113, and sends it to the time divisional transmission path 300.
