PURPOSE:To smoothly transfer seeding boxes and prevent the generation of turn-down, eccentric loading of soil, etc., by installing a horizontal shift device for shifting a loading board in the direction crossing with the transfer direction of a transfer device. CONSTITUTION:During the time when seeding boxes are piled onto a seeding box loading board 32B on the rear side, a seeding box loading board 32A on the front side performs the following operations. An air cylinder 72A as horizontal shift device is contracted by the detection signal of a lower limit switch, and the seeding box loading board 32A engaged with the piston rod through an engagement part is transferred towards a sprouting trolley. When the sprouting trolley is vacant, the seeding box loading board 32A shifts to the left side loading position in the front part of the trolley. Then, a motor 65A is started, and the seeding box loading board 32A is lowered by a little quantity up to the contact with a transfer switch, and the seeding boxes 10,... are transferred onto a supporting board. Then, the air cylinder 72A is extended to return the seeding box loading board 32A to an original position.
