PURPOSE:To make a job of loading and unloading heavy goods such as large tires or the like for an aircraft easy, by providing holding sections at the sides of a vehicle having a heavy goods loading and unloading means and arranging the holding sections to be folded on the sides of a body. CONSTITUTION:A parallel link mechanism 3 is disposed on a deck 2 formed at the rear portion of a self-traveling body 1 and a hunger arm 12 is mounted rotatingly in a horizontal direction on an arm support shaft 7 of the free end of the link mechanism 3. A cargo hunger 13 is rotatingly mounted at the free end portion of the hunger arm 12 for serving as a loading and unloading means X. On the other hand, tire holders 20 on which tires are loaded are provided with both sides of the body 1. Each of the holders 20 comprises a frame 21 rotatingly supported on the side of the body and a plate main body 24 rotatingly supported through hinges 23. In addition, the frame 21 is rotated by an actuator 27 for folding and the plate main body 243 is rotated by an actuator for grounding.
