PURPOSE:To improve speed response, and to simplify manufacture by independently turning first and second motors concentrically. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor motor is formed by a semiconductor integrated circuit element 11, a stator 21 constituted of one part of the element 11, a rotor 31 equipped with a rotor channel 31C a spacer 4, a rotor shaft 51 consisting of an intrinsic semiconductor, etc., thus organizing a first motor. A rotor 32 composed of a rotor channel 32C and a cylindrical rotor shaft 52 is arranged a concentrically with the rotor shaft 51, and a stator 22 is shaped by a semiconductor integrated circuit element 12, thus constructing a second motor. Consequently, the first and second motors are formed in a plural rotor shaft structure in which the motors are rotated concentrically, and supported rotatably by a bearing section 11 and a cylindrical rotor bearing section 12. Accordingly, a plurality of angles of rotation can be displayed by a small space.
