PURPOSE:To improve recording sensitivity by laminating a concentric ring dielectric film and a reflecting film on a magneti-optical recording medium film. CONSTITUTION:The magneto-optical recording medium 11, plural spiral dielectric films 13 and a reflecting film 14 are laminated on a transparent disk base. A recording laser spot 22 from the base side is reflected multiply in the film 13 by the film 14, the light absorption increased, the heat exchange efficiency of light energy is increased and the recording sensitivity with respect to the magneto-optical recording medium film is improved. The reflected light quantity of laser spots 22, 23 differs from each other owing to the presence of the film 13, and effective tracking control is attained by utilizing the difference.
