PURPOSE:To suppress breakdown of Coanda spiral flow or production of back flow effectively, by arranging an auxiliary Coanda flow producing device on the endface of an opening in the producing device. CONSTITUTION:Motion vector of pressurized fluid is combined with motion vector of fluid fed through the endface 9 of an opening to produce a spiral motion 10. When powder particles are led in through said endface 9, they are carried in spiral motion 10 through a conduit 3. Coanda flow is previously fed in by means of an auxiliary Coanda flow device 2 so as to form a buffer space near the outlet of a slit section 8 in a main Coanda spiral flow producing device, thereby Coanda spiral motion 10 in the conduit 3 is stabilized when compared with the case where there is no auxiliary Coanda flow device 2 and back flow phenomenon is suppressed.
