PURPOSE:To install an arm rest on a slide door by swayably fitting the arm rest on the car room inside of the slide door and storing or protruding the arm rest on the slide door in conjunction with the opening or closing of the slide door. CONSTITUTION:An opening 12 for getting on and off is formed at the side section of the vehicle body of a cab-over type vehicle, and an openable slide door 13 is provided at the opening 12. In this case, the base plate section 20 of an arm rest 18 is swayably fitted to a bracket 19 fixed to the inside of the inner panel 13a of the slide door 13 with a pin 21. When the slide door 18 is closed, for example, the support lever 28 of a center roller 27 is swayed to the left, a link lever 31 is swayed downward via the first link shaft 32, the arm rest 18 is swayed upward via the second link shaft 33, the arm rest 18 is swayed upward via the second link shaft 33, and the arm rest 18 is protruded from the opening 23 of the slide door 13 into the car room.
