PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour and time by attaining repeat reproduction of a prescribed pattern data so as to eliminate the need for the line feed of the same object for many times in deciding the setting value for discrimination of quality and ranking of an object to be checked. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup signal from a television camera 1 is given to a picture processing unit (not shown) and given to an A/D converter 2. When a decision start signal S is given, a direct memory access (DMA) signal generating circuit 5 is activated and a changeover control circuit 4 controls switches SW1, SW2 to store a digital picture signal to the buffer memory 3a (or 3b). When a result of decision is given from a picture processing unit, a transfer control circuit 6 transfers the data of the buffer memory 3 to the picture memory 8 via the switch SW3 when the result is in matching with a predetermined prescribed condition (non-defective or defective good). In designating the picture number, the address of the picture memory 8 is selected by a pattern number counter 7 and the corresponding pattern data is reproduced via the D/A converter 9. |
