<p>PURPOSE:To attain the circuit operation regardless of the operation of a nonvolatile memory by using a specific region in the electrically writable nonvolatile memory as a register area, and inputting the same data to the volatile register corresponding to the register area. CONSTITUTION:A specific area in an electrically writable nonvolatile memory 1 is used as a register area 11 and a volatile register 7 is provided corresponding to the register area 11. The same data as the specific area (nonvolatile register) of the nonvolatile memory 1 is fed to the volatile register 7. Thus, the output is supplied immediately as to the specific data even during the period where the write to the nonvolatile memory 1 is supplied and the specific data is stored in volatility and the circuit operation is attained independently of the operation of the nonvolatile memory.</p> |
