PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid, a readily usable toothache-killing solution having freshness by catalytic action of enzyme while alleviating bitterness, by enzymatically treating an aloe raw material with an enzyme. CONSTITUTION:Fresh natural aloe leaves are washed, dehydrated and prickles are cut off to prepare an aloe raw material, Then fruit juice extracted from natural fruit such as papaya, AKEBI (Akebia quinata Decne.), apple, etc., is blended with glucose and starch and kneaded to give a culture material. Then the culture material is fermented, dried at 50 deg.C and reduced to powder state to give a natural active granule enzyme. The prepared aloe leaves are enzymatically treated with the active enzyme to give the aimed substance. The enzymatic treatment is carried out by immersing the aloe raw material in the prepared active enzyme, sprinkling the fermented solution in a proper container, compressing and filtering the fermented solution.
