PURPOSE:To form worked holes with high density at a high speed by not allowing to coincide the irradiation order of an electron beam with the arrangement order of the worked holes at the time of forming the plural worked holes on the cylinder surface using the pulsative electron beam. CONSTITUTION:A working device is provided with an electron gun 20 driven by a pulse power source 21 and a deflecting device 22 driven by a deflecting power source 23 and forms the plural worked holes 11 on the cylinder 8 surface using the pulse-shaped electron beam E emitted from the gun electron 20. At the time of working, the power sources 21 and 23 are controlled by a computer 24 and the irradiation order of the beam E is allowed not to coincide with the arrangement order of the worked holes 11. A pulse interval and the pulse width of the beam E are preferably made to 10thetam-10m/sec and 1mu-100mu/sec respectively and furthermore, after the lapse of 10thetam-10m/sec at least since one worked hole 11 is formed, the adjacent worked hole 11a is formed. In this way, the worked holes with the high density are formed at a high speed on the cylinder surface. |
