PURPOSE:To obtain a stable printing density, by a method wherein wires are fixed to a platen impact position by a jig having pressing pins and, thereafter, the tip end portions of the wires are machined. CONSTITUTION:A jig 10 is provided with a plurality of holes corresponding to the number of wires. Pressing pins 11 are inserted through the holes and securely fixed by suspensions 12. The presser pins 11 are pulled downwards of the jig 10 by the suspensions 12 and fixed to a top cap 7 to depress down working plates 3 and absorb the dispersion in the manufacture of cores l, plungers 4, etc., In the machining of the tip end portions of the wires; the jig is built in so that a lower surface side 13 of the jig faces the holes of the top cap 7, the working plates 3 are pressed down to an impact point, the jig 10 is fixed, aud the wires 5 are machined to predetermined dimensions. Because the wires 5 are machined in this manner so that the tip-ends of the wires 5 are aligned at the platen impact position, a printing density can be stabilized and a working process can be simplified. |
