PURPOSE:To prevent a sleeve from coming out of a socket by fitting a lock member which abuts on the flange of the sleeve around a slide shaft and providing a pressure member which abuts on the lock member to a fitting jig. CONSTITUTION:The lock member 23 which abuts on the flange 5a of the sleeve 5 from outside is fitted around the slide shaft 8 inserted into the sleeve 5 and the pressure member 25 which abuts on the lock member 23 from outside is provided to the fitting jig 22. Consequently, even if an impact force operates on the sleeve 5, this impact force is received by the lock member and pressure member 25, so the sleeve 5 is prevented from coming out of the socket 4.
