摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the stability of recording by using a ferroelectric substance having a glass transfer point is used as a recording medium and holding its recording state under the glass transfer point. CONSTITUTION:A writing part on a recording layer 5 is irradiated by a laser beam 6 at the time of impressing an electric field and heated more than the glass transfer point to write data and then its temperature is dropped under the glass transfer point to hold the writing state under the state. Namely, the recording state obtained by writing can be distinguished only by gradually cooling the heated recording layer 5 consisting of high molecular light liquid crystal even if no electric field is impressed and the liquid crystal is not orientated in the same direction. Consequently, high sensitive reading can be contactlessly attained and the safeness of a record at the time of reading can be sharply improved. |
