PURPOSE:To ensure a necessary amount of oil and to surely perform the action, by providing a cylinder, having an oil lock collar in the bottom end, in an outer tube side and a piston rod, having an oil lock piece, in an inner tube side. CONSTITUTION:A device mounts an outer tube 1 and a cylinder 5 to be screwed to a bolt 3 into one unit and a block 6, which mounts an oil lock collar 7 to be screwed, to be screwed to the bottom end of the cylinder 5. While the device secures an inner tube 2 and a piston rod 10 to a lower bracket 4 and an oil lock piece 9 to the bottom end of the piston rod 10, and the device, when it is in compression, externally fits the oil lock collar 7 to the oil lock piece 9. Accordingly, the device, which provides an oil lock mechanism in the bottom part ensuring a necessary amount of working fluid, enables the oil lock action to be surely performed. |
