PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device, by filling a clearance between the internal wall surface of a cavity part and the external wall surface of an inertia ring with silicone oil and setting its viscosity to 300,000 cst.at 25 deg.C or more, clearance to 0.3-0.5mm and inertia moment ratio to 0.3 or less. CONSTITUTION:A clearance hs between the internal wall surface of a cavity part 4 of a case 1 and the external surface of an inertia ring 3, inserted fitting to the inside, is set to 0.3-0.5mm, and a damper, which fills this clearance with silicone oil, sets its viscosity to 300,000cst.at 25 deg.C or more while inertia moment ratio to 0.3 or less. In this way, the damper increases its damping coefficient and spring constant in accordance with an increase of the viscosity of the silicone oil. Accordingly, the damper, which is formed into small size improving durability, can be prevented from easily receiving an influence of ambient temperature. |
