PURPOSE:To accurately control the flow rate of combusting air supplied to the fore part of a catalytic unit by providing an air supply passage to the catalytic unit with a vortex type control valve and to improve the reliability by eliminating movable parts. CONSTITUTION:Multiple vortex type control valves 30 are disposed in the intermediate section 29 between the secondary fuel supply section 27 and catalytic unit 28, and high-pressure steam (s) generated from water (w) supplied to a heat exchanger 32 disposed in the exhaust gas duct 31 of a gas turbine T is supplied to the control port 16 of said control valves 30. When control fluid M is supplied from the control port 16, the control fluid M is sequirted to the front of an inlet port 17, and, while obstructing the flow of combustion air, the control fluid M forms a vortex V along the wall surface of the valve body 15 together with the combustion air. Spiraling inside the valve body 15, vortices V are gathered at the center, and are discharged from an outlet 18 disposed at the center. As the pressure and flow rate of the control fluid M increase, the force of vortex increase, which tends to throttle the flow of the control fluid, i.e. combusting air.
