PURPOSE:To obtain a composition, consisting of an acryloyl or methacryloyl group-containing polymer or oligomer, white pigment and compound capable of generating radicals and photocurable in a short time even in the presence of a large amount of white pigment. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting of (A) a polymer or oligomer, having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule, e.g. a compound, expressed by formula III and obtained by reacting a polymer, expressed by formula I and having hydroxyl group with an unsaturated isocyanate expressed by formula II, etc., (B) a white pigment, e.g. titanium white, zinc flower, etc., (C) a compound, having <=60 deg.C decomposition temperature at 10hr half life and capable of generating radicals, e.g. 2,2'-azobis(4-methoxy-2,4-dimethylvaleronitrile), etc. This composition is used as light-colored coated materials based on pure white or white in the field of coating materials, inks, etc.
