PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive connecting device of simple fixed structure for measuring an integrated circuit by connecting a socket fitting manual board and a performance board electrically by utilizing rod-shaped conductive rubber. CONSTITUTION:The rod-shaped conductive rubber 12 is inserted into a conduction part ring 11 and a setting pin 13 is used and stuck in the rod-shaped conductive rubber 12, whose movement is fixed. Then a fixing ring 15 is prepared and the conductive ring 11 is fixed with a screw 14 to assemble the structure of a connection part. This is mounted on the performance board 19 and the pad of the socket fitting manual board 18 to be measured and the rod-shaped conductive rubber 12 are positioned so that the socket fitting manual board 18 is superposed. The boards 18 and 19 are connected mutually by placing a PWB presser 16 on the board 18 and compressing the part of the rod-shaped conductive rubber 12 through the clamping operation of a knurling screw 17, thereby connecting the wires of the boards 18 and 19 mutually.
