摘要 PURPOSE:To ease an assured preservation of accuracy of a unit by making a jig setting to be made by a process in which additional electron beam acceleration electrode frames C and D in a thick plate state are placed for positioning besides electron beam acceleration auxiliary electrodes in a flat surface state are placed for positioning. CONSTITUTION:A jig setting is made by the following four processes in an electron beam acceleration electrode unit: the first assembling process in which electron beam acceleration electrode frames A40 and B41 in a thick plate state are inserted and fixed for positioning to a jig, the second assembling process in which 16 electron beam acceleration electrodes 42 formed into the thick plate state are fixed for positioning at equal intervals, the third assembling process in which an electron beam acceleration auxiliary electrode 43 in a flat surface state provided with a base aperture is placed for positioning besides 16 electron beam acceleration electrodes are inserted for positioning, and the fourth process in which an additional electron beam acceleration electrode frame C44 in a thick plate state is placed for positioning besides the electron beam acceleration auxiliary electrode 43 in a flat surface state is placed for positioning. This enables an assembling operability to be improved as assembling and welding can be made consistently by a jig.
