PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce KONNYAKU, a paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue, having high glutinousness, crispness, elasticity, etc., by adding fine powder formed in the production process of paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue to the powder of devil's-tongue. CONSTITUTION:Fine powder, refuse in production of paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue, is blended with the fine powder of devil's-tongue in a ratio of about the same amounts, which is used as a raw material and paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue is produced by a conventional procedure. |
