PURPOSE:To make the device in the caption compact, by installing a clutch in such a way that the 2nd disk may be forced to rotate to a position where both bottoms of recesses for the cam ball, of the 1st and 2nd disks may face to each other. CONSTITUTION:Cam ball type automatic pressure regulating mechanisms 6 are provided in plural places on the rotating face of the 1st disk 2 and the back face of the 2nd disk 3. Both of disks 2, 3 are provided with recesses 2a, 3a, where a cam ball 7 is fitted in. As load on the side of a slave disk 4 increases, the cam ball 7 will act as rotational resistance against the 2nd disk 3 so as to ride on the slanting surfaces of the recesses 2a, 3a. Then, when a stopper member 12 is operated toward the side of the 2nd disk 3, a pin member 9 is pressed therein to force the 2nd disk 3 to be forcibly operated rotationally to a position where the bottoms of both recesses 2a, 3a in the 1st and 2nd disks 2, 3 may face to each other.
