PURPOSE:To manufacture an original form for giving picture quality excellent in sharpness by setting up wind pressure to be vertically applied to a coating plate face during a drying process up to the end of constant drying to <=10mmAq. CONSTITUTION:In case of producing the original form by applying a photoconductive layer forming dispersion solution dispersing a photoconductive pigment into a binder resin solution to the surface of a supporting body, wind pressure to be vertically applied to the coating plate face during the drying process up to the end of the constant drying is set up to <=10mmAq. It is preferable to set up the viscosity of the dispersing solution to 100-2,000cp and the concentration of a solid component is preferably adjusted to 10-30wt% in the dispersing solution to prepare the application solution. Consequently, the original form having the photoconductive layer formed by applying the dispersing solution dispersing the photoconductive pigment into the solution dissolving the binder resin to the surface of the supporting body and drying it is improved at sharpness in picture quality, provided with excellent print resistance and storing stability and is capable of being developed in the alkaline solution and being treated in a bright room. |
