PURPOSE:To facilitate the change in the titled network by using an optical fiber as a transmission medium, and fitting a coupler without disconnecting an optical fiber, thereby easily connecting or removing a node. CONSTITUTION:One end of a couple of optical fibers 11a, 11b arranged in parallel adjacently is connected mutually and the other end is released in an optical fiber bus forming a reciprocating line, and plural node stations 13, 14 having a reception section to one of a couple of optical fibers 11a, 11b, having a transmission section to the other, and connected optically by passive couplers h, i, j, k with the optical fiber bus respectively are provided. Thus, the induction or disturbance by the electromagnetic wave is not caused and the optical fibers 11a, 11b are not required to be disconnected the system modification such as the removal of a node or addition of a new node is attained easily.
