<p>PURPOSE:To measure a wind speed precisely regardless of ambient temperature by controlling a transistor (TR) for wind speed measurement according to the outputs of a TR which detects its temperature and that of a TR for detecting the ambient temperature. CONSTITUTION:Base voltages corresponding to the ambient temperature by TRs Q1 and Q3 which are both diode-connected and the temperature of the TRQ2 for wind speed measurement are to an operational amplifier 25 to control the base voltage through an operational amplifier 26, correcting the temperature of the TRQ2 according to the variation in the ambient temperature. Consequently, a thermal wind speed measurement based upon the internal loss is taken by the TRQ2 precisely without being influenced by the ambient temperature nor including a drift, etc.</p> |
