<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled powder useful as a compounding component for ink to form a transparent conductive layer having low resistance and high adhesivity on a transparent plastic film, having excellent dispersibility, by treating electrically conductive transparent metallic oxide powder in a solvent solution containing a dispersant. CONSTITUTION:(A) Transparent metallic oxide powder having 0.01-2.0mu average-particle diameter and electrical conductivity of 1-1X10<-3>OMEGAcm volume specific resistance, selected from indium oxide, tin oxide containing 1-20wt% Sb2O3 and indium oxide containing 1-20wt% tin oxide is immersed in (B) a solvent solution containing 0.1-10wt% dispersant selected from alkyl(phenyl) ether sulfuric ester shown by formula I [R is H or 8-22C alkyl(phenyl; n is 8-20; M is Na, K or NH4], phosphoric ester shown by formula II (R<1> and R<2> are R), aliphatic carboxylic acid shown by formula III (R is 8-22C alkyl) and titanate coupling agent shown by formula IV (R' is isopropyl, tetraoctyl or oxyacetato; R<2> is stearyl, dodecylbenzenesulfonyl, etc.) and treated.</p> |
