PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a memory circuit and an analog/digital converter by supplying an output of a temperature detector to the analog/digital converter through an inverse amplifier when the surrounding temperature reaches a top temperature or over. CONSTITUTION:An inverse amplifier 7 receiving an output of a temperature detector 1, a switch 8 switching the output of the inverse amplifier 7 and the output of the temperature detector 1 and supplying the result to the analog/ digital converter 2 and a switching circuit 6 including a controller 9 controlling the switch 8 and the inverse amplifier 7 are inserted between the temperature detector 1 and the analog/digital converter 2. When the surrounding temperature reaches the top temperature or over, the switch 8 is thrown from the position (a) to the position (b), the output of the temperature detector 1 passes through the inverse amplifier 7 and is fed to the analog/digital converter 2. Thus, the capacity of the memory circuit 3 is decreased to a half thereby decreasing the capacity of the analog/digital converter 2 by one bit.
