PURPOSE:To contrive the decreasing of the capacity of a TS control section and processing speed by allowing a subscriber line exchange LS to collect calls to the same path into one and the same group and allowing a relay exchange TS to process the relay exchange to the corresponding path at every group. CONSTITUTION:A relay line 6 between the LS 1 and the TS 2 is grouped into plural groups and the LS 1 detects the path before the TS 2 of the all from a subscriber line 5 to collect the calls to the same path to the relay line of the same group and the TS 2 discriminates the destination at every group to apply the processing of relay exchange to the corresponding path. Thus, it is not required to discriminate the destination of the relay line 6 between the LS 1 and the TS 2 and the load of the control section 4 of the TS 2 is reduced remarkably, then the control section 4 with small capacity and comparatively small processing speed can be used.
