PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of glass fiber by providing a check part capable of being brought into close contact with a check ring formed at the tip of a plunger, and a formed and back advancing device for the inner barrel for injecting the material. CONSTITUTION:At the state where a plunger 24 is rotated, while positioning an inner barrel 22 at front and rear limits, the material of BMC, etc., is charged in a stuffer 27, and the material is pushed down by a plunger 30. The material is sent forward through a material path 70, and the plunger 24 is retracted by receiving the pressure of material. The interval between the taper surface 80a of a check ring and a check part 24a is widened, and the material flows into an outer barrel 20. Next, the plunger 24 and the inner barrel 22 are integrally retracted, whereby the material is accumulated in the outer barrel 20, and measuring process advances. Then, the minimum oil pressure in the reverse direction to back pressure, is supplied into an injection cylinder 72, thereby reducing the retreating resistance of the inner barrel 22 and the force applied to the material. Thus, the breakage of the glass fiber is prevented. |
