PURPOSE:To manufacture a hose for transporting refrigerants of superior hose performance by forming a fiber reinforcing layer and a rubber outer tube one after another, vulcanizing the rubber layer within a specific temperature range for beat fusing a film and drawing out a mandrel, after inserting a resin film with a specific temperature fusion point on the mandrel provided with a rubber layer by an extruder and covering the same with a rubbershaped sheet. CONSTITUTION:After inserting by an extruder a plyamide resin film 8 of a melting point within the range of 70-160 deg.C by means of spiral winding beforehand or the like around a mandrel provided with a rubber layer for forming an inner tube, a rubber-shaped sheet 9 is wound around over the same, and then a fiber reinforcing layer 10 and a rubber outer tube 11 are provided one after another. Then, within the temperature range of 130-170 deg.C, the same is pressurized and heated, and simultaneously with vulcanizing a rubber layer constituting the inner tube and the outer tube, a film is melted and fused. A hose for transporting refrigerants thus manufactured has a uniform resin layer constituted with polyamide resin and bonded firmly with the rubber inner tube, and is of superior refrigerant-resistant permeability.
