摘要 PURPOSE:To easily facilitate inter-equipment communication by adding an optical communication MODEM to each of a device to be controlled, a control section and an operation section, and connecting sequentially MODEMs via a loop optical transmission line so as to apply communication between adaptors, thereby reducing the transmission distance to the utmost. CONSTITUTION:An optical communication MODEM 4 is provided to high voltage power supplies 11, 12,..., controllers 21, 22... and operation panels 31, 32,..., and the optical communication MODEM 4 is coupled sequentially by a control communication optical cable 51 as a loop optical transmission line coupling sequentially the MODEMs 4. A host computer 6 monitors content of operation input of operation panels 31, 32 via monitor communication optical cable 52 and gives a setting data respectively to the operation panels 31, 32 via optical communication MODEMs 431M, 432M. Moreover, the host computer 6 monitors the content of communication among the high voltage power supplies 11, 12,..., the controllers 21, 22,... and the operation panels 31, 32,... via the optical cable 51. Thus, the constitution of the line is simplified and the transmission distance is decreased to easily facilitate the communication.
