CONSTANT SPEED TRAVELING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To permit constant speed traveling with gain control according to a vehicle type by controlling the pivotal radius of a variable rhombus lever of a variable length lever mechanism with a linear actuator. CONSTITUTION:The minimum stroke condition of a linear actuator 8 in a variable rhombus lever 7 is shown by the solid line and the maximum stroke condition of same by the chain line. the pivotal radius between elbows 4, 5 is limited by the control of compressed air supplied by the linear actuator 8. Thus a transmitting wire 26 is movably driven by pivoting a variable length lever mechanism 11 to open and close a throttle valve 31 and control the linear actuator 8 so that the pivotal radius of rhombus lever 7 is adjusted and the speed of transmitting wire 26 can be subjected to variable gain control according to the stroke to adjust the stroke of tansmitting wire 26.
