PURPOSE:To remove influence of changes in the concn. of a test liquid to be reinspected, by correcting the concn. based on a measured value at the reinspection of reinspection-required items by a specified formula based on measured values as obtained separately from the initial inspection and reinspection of other items. CONSTITUTION:A command is provided to a sample feeder 4 and a reagent feeder 5 from a control section 8 and a liquid to be inspected prepared in a fixed sequence is conveyed by a reaction line 3 and optical density is measured sequentially with a photometer 6. The control section 8 is so operated as to reinspect required items and other items selected as desired in parallel therewith about a desired sample selected. A computing section 11 corrects the concn. A measured of the required items by a formula A=A.a/b (wherein A represents concn. of required items after correction) based on an initial inspection measured value (a) and an reinspection measured value (b) of those items requiring no reinspection. This removes effect of condensation due to evaporation which is unavoidably caused from the period of initial inspection to reinspection from the sample to be reinspected.
