PURPOSE:To improve productivity and to stabilize quality at low cost by making a front core block, a back core block and a front plate block bond to integrate them, forming them in resin and cutting them so as to separate into individual magnetic heads. CONSTITUTION:Plural coils 6 are respectively installed in coil insertion grooves 2a of the back core block 5, on which the front core block 4 is placed after positioning, and the block 5 and the block 4 are made to bond with the resin and a bonding material, etc. And the head surface part of the front plate block 3 is positioned on the rear end surface of the front core block 4 and the upper surface rear edge of the back core block 5 and they are made to bond with the resin and the bonding material, etc., to obtain a bonding body 7 by integrating them. The bonding body 7 is set in a forming metallic mold so as to be formed in terms of the resin and cut every specified dimension so as to be separated into individual magnetic heads 9, then the magnetic head 10 is completed by grinding a sliding contact surface 10a in terms of circular arc. Thus, a great number of the magnetic heads, whose quality is stable, can be produced at low cost.
