PURPOSE:To promote the stirring and mixing by returning mixture to a storage part in order to mix with sludges not yet fully stirred and mixed and the like under the condition that mixture is not carried by a structure wherein pumps with both the stirring and mixing function and the conveying function are equipped. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of sludge 6 and combustion assistant 7, both of which are introduced in a pump 1, is sent under pressure through a conveying passage 14 to a storage part 13. Said mixture in the storage part 13 is supplied from a pump 3 through a supplying passage 21 into an incinerator 2. When a storage amount detecting means 18 detects that the stores in the storage part 13 reaches a predetermined amount, switching means 19 are brought into operation so as to close an on-off valve 15 interposed in the conveying passage 14 and to open and on-off valve 17 interposed in a circulating passage 16 in response to the closing of the valve 15 in order to re-circulate the mixture sent under pressure from the pump 1 back to the storage part 5. Consequently, the mixture, which is located at the lower portion in the storage part 5 and mixed uniformly in cooperation with the action of a stirrer 8, is introduced in the upper portion of the storage part 5, in which the mixture is not yet enough stirred, to be mixed together. In order to realize longer mixing hours, the capacity of the pump 1 is necessary to the larger than that of the pump 3. |
