A closed-belt conveying installation is proposed, which interacts with a plurality of supporting, guide and drive rollers, which are held in corresponding frames or receiving devices. By corresponding setting of the supporting rollers which are fixed or constructed so as to have a garland shape, radially in the direction of the conveyor belt, the latter can be transferred into an oval cross-section for the purpose of better belt guidance.
