PURPOSE:To provide the title apparatus easy to assemble and disassemble, avoid metal stress due to welding and having good accuracy and durability, by constituting comb teeth by alternately inserting rakes and spacers in a square shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a solid separation apparatus wherein comb teeth consisting of a large number of rakes meshes with a large number of screen bars, the comb teeth fixed to the outer periphery of a chain is constituted by alternately mounting the rakes 4 having mount holes densely engaging with a square shaft 3 having a square cross-section provided thereto by drilling and ring-shaped spacers 6 each having an inner periphery larger than the outer periphery of the shaft 3 to said square shaft 3 and the width between the screen bars is made equal to the thickness of each spacer 6. Since each member has a simple shape, the comb teeth can be prepared with high accuracy and, since assembling and disassembling are easy and welding is unnecessary, no stress remains in a metal and, further, since the square cross-section of the shaft 3 coincides with the square of the mount hole 5, deviation of the fitting angle of each rake 4 can be prevented.
