The charging of a reactor core with nuclear fuel and its removal are monitored and controlled by registering the initial position of several mobile assemblies on racks, comparing the command signals sent to each assembly with a pre-established sequence, halting the movement of the assemblies and triggering an alarm if the detected signals diverge from the sequence, and registering the final position of each assembly. Appts. for carrying out the process is also claimed. |
