PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts used and the assembling manhours, to prevent the deterioration of magnetic characteristics and to simplify the control of parallelism of the end face of a yoke by a method wherein the yoke and a permanent magnet are formed in one body. CONSTITUTION:When a press-bonding work is performed on an Fe-Cr-Co or Al- Mn rolled magnetic material 4, which will be turned to a permanent magnet of an electromagntic device and which will be arranged between the members 3 and 3 consisting of ferromagnetic material such as iron or permalloy or the like to be turned to the yoke of an electromagnetic device, and the members 3 and 3 through the intermediaries of rolls 5 and 5, material A wherein a member 3 is obtained in such a manner wherein the member 3, the roller magnetic member 4 and the member 3 are molecularly coupled in one body. Subsequently, a press work is performed on the material A and it is pirched as shown by the one-dot chain line in the diagram and, among the members consisting of the electromagnetic device, a stator member consisting of a permanent magnet arranged between the two yokes, whereon a coil is wound around at least on one of them and the end face of one of two yokes, can be obtained easily. |
